Demineralized Whey Powder is produced through the removal of some minerals present from the pasteurized whey. The demineralization rate usually ranges from 20% to 90%. It has a controlled and consistent amino acid and mineral profile. Moreover, it is a good carbohydrates source as well as good emulsion capacity. The powder has a white to yellowish color with a typical milk smell and taste without unknown odor.
